Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by PageYaRona. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Services Offered

PageYaRona offers web design and development services including but not limited to:

  • Website design and development
  • UX/UI consultation
  • Custom feature integration (including AI tools)
  • Hosting setup and guidance

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Provide accurate and timely feedback and materials needed to complete the project.
  • Respect deadlines and payment schedules as agreed upon.

Failure to do so may delay project delivery or result in additional charges.

4. Payment Terms

All payments are to be made in the agreed currency (BWP unless specified otherwise) and schedule. Deposits are required before work begins. Delayed payments may result in work being paused or late fees being applied.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you provide (e.g., text, logos). PageYaRona retains the right to showcase the completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. All custom code and assets delivered remain the property of the client once full payment is received.

6. Revisions and Edits

Our project proposals include a defined number of revision rounds. Additional changes beyond the agreed scope may incur extra costs and require schedule adjustments.

7. Limitations of Liability

PageYaRona will not be held liable for loss of data or revenue resulting from use of the website, third-party service failures, or client misuse of the delivered website.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the project with written notice. Any work completed up to the termination date must be paid for in full.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws for online services and digital commerce in Botswana. Disputes will be resolved through negotiation first before any legal escalation.
